U bra\u0161no utrljati maslac ili margarin izrezan na listi\u0107e, pa dodati \u017eumanjke razmu\u0107ene sa \u0161e\u0107erom i vanilin \u0161e\u0107erom. Umijesiti glatko tijesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijesto podijeliti na dva dijela, svaki umotati u prozirnu foliju pa jedan spremiti u hladnjak, a drugi u zamrziva\u010d.<br>\nNakon pola sata izvaditi tijesto iz hladnjaka i rastanjiti izme\u0111u dvije prozirne folije na veli\u010dinu tepsije. Namotati na valjak i prebaciti u tepsiju (namastiti je i posuti bra\u0161nom, pa vi\u0161ak bra\u0161na otresti), malo nabosti i staviti pe\u0107i na 180\u2033C.<br>\nKad tijesto malo porumeni, izvaditi iz pe\u0107nice, malo prohladiti pa preliti nadjevom.
