Tijekom tri sekunde ponovno ispravite ruku tako da pokazuje u plafon. Zadr\u017eite tu poziciju jednu sekundu.<\/li><li>Tiokom tri sekunde ponovno spustite uteg iza ramena savijaju\u0107i ruku u laktu.
