So\u010dan biskvit natopljen  mlijekom, lagana \u010dokoladna krema i bogati ganache stvaraju mekan i kremast kola\u010d koji se lako re\u017ee na uredne komade.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci<br \/>\nZa biskvit:<br \/>\n4 jaja sobne temperature<br \/>\n200 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n100 ml mlakog mlijeka<br \/>\n100 ml neutralnog ulja<br \/>\n180 g glatkog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n3 pune ka\u0161ike kakaa<br \/>\n1 vre\u0107ica pra\u0161ka za pecivo<br \/>\n1 vre\u0107ica vanilin \u0161e\u0107era<\/p>\n<p>Za natapanje biskvita:<br \/>\n300 ml mlijeka<\/p>\n<p>Za kremu:<br \/>\n2 vre\u0107ice \u0161laga u prahu<br \/>\n150 ml hladnog mlijeka<br \/>\n3 pune ka\u0161ike \u010dokoladnog namaza<\/p>\n<p>Za \u010dokoladni ganache:<br \/>\n200 ml slatkog vrhnja s 35 % mlije\u010dne masti<br \/>\n80 g mlije\u010dne \u010dokolade<br \/>\n80 g tamne \u010dokolade<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<\/p>\n<p>Pripremite biskvit<br \/>\nJaja i \u0161e\u0107er stavite u ve\u0107u posudu i miksajte dok smjesa ne postane svijetla, gusta i pjenasta.<br \/>\nDodajte mlako mlijeko i ulje te kratko promije\u0161ajte.<br \/>\nProsijte bra\u0161no, kakao, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i vanilin \u0161e\u0107er pa ih lagano umije\u0161ajte u smjesu.<br \/>\nSmjesu izlijte u pravokutnu tepsiju i ravnomjerno poravnajte.<\/p>\n<p>Ispecite i natopite biskvit<br \/>\nBiskvit pecite u prethodno zagrijanoj pe\u0107nici na 180 \u00b0C oko 30 minuta.<br \/>\nOstavite ga nekoliko minuta da se malo ohladi, a zatim ravnomjerno prelijte s 300 ml mlijeka.
