Pe\u010durke o\u010distite i isijecite na listi\u0107e. Crni luk isijecite sitno, a bijeli luk usitnite. Sve stavite u ve\u0107u \u010diniju, dodajte ulje, so, biber, suvi za\u010din i za\u010dinsko bilje, pa dobro promije\u0161ajte da se povr\u0107e ravnomjerno oblo\u017ei.<\/p>\n<p>Smjesu prebacite u vatrostalnu posudu ili pleh. Rasporedite ravnomjerno, a po vrhu mo\u017eete posuti malo prezle ako \u017eelite da se jelo ljep\u0161e zape\u010de. Pecite u zagrijanoj rerni na 200\u00b0C oko 30\u201340 minuta, dok tikvice ne omek\u0161aju, a pe\u010durke i ivice ne dobiju lijepu zlatnu boju.<\/p>\n<p>Kada je gotovo, ostavite nekoliko minuta da se prohladi, pa poslu\u017eite toplo.
