{"id":3750,"date":"2019-07-02T07:48:02","date_gmt":"2019-07-02T07:48:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/zanimljivosti55.com\/?p=3750"},"modified":"2019-07-02T07:48:02","modified_gmt":"2019-07-02T07:48:02","slug":"lagano-ljetno-jelonajukusniji-sataras-koji-sam-probala","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=3750","title":{"rendered":"LAGANO LJETNO JELO\u2026NAJUKUSNIJI SATARA\u0160 KOJI SAM PROBALA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Satara\u0161, ljetno pikantno jelo, meni omiljeno na na\u010din na koji ga radi moja mama\u2026<br>\nSastojci<br>\nSatara\u0161<br>\nmalo ulja<br>\n4 glavice crvenog luka<br>\nmalo \u0161e\u0107era<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3-4 srednje paprike (babura, a mo\u017ee i roga, kao i mix obje)<br>\n1 \u010dajna \u017elica Vegete<br>\n1 velika konzerva pelata (cca. 800g)<br>\npapra (po \u017eelji, ja stavim podosta)<br>\nRi\u017ea<br>\nmalo ulja<br>\n250g ri\u017ee<br>\n1-2 \u010dajne \u017elice Vegete<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Priprema<br>\nSatara\u0161 (kako ga radi moja mama)<br>\nLuk o\u010distite, nasjeckajte na manje kockice.<br>\nPapriku o\u010distite, nasjecite na kockice ili trakice (uklonite sjemenke).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U \u0161iroj posudi (tavi, pli\u0107em loncu) popr\u017eite luk na malo ulja, dodajte malo \u0161e\u0107era \u201cda br\u017ee po\u017euti\u201d (citat, moja mama).<br>\nKad se luk zastakli i malo po\u017euti, dodajte papriku, na koju odmah dodajte Vegetu. Podljevajte vodom po potrebi (ne previse, paprika pusti malo vode).<br>\nKad paprika omek\u0161a, dodajte sadr\u017eaj velike konzerve pelata (brutto 800g, samog paradajza ima oko 500g) \u2013 po\u017eeljno je pelate malo usitniti. Pirjajte dok ne nestane teku\u0107ine (ili je ostane jaaako malo). Pred kraj stavite papra (po \u017eelji \u2013 ja stavim dosta).<br>\nRi\u017ea (prema Rajninom receptu)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Zagrijte malo ulja u tavi ili loncu, bacite na to 250g ri\u017ee, popr\u017eite par minuta.<\/li><li>Kad ri\u017ea po\u010dne mijenjati boju (tamniti) i dobijati staklasti (prozirni) odsjaj (max 3-5 minuta), dodajte Vegetu i prelijte s toliko vode da bude prst-dva iznad razine ri\u017ee.<\/li><li>Kuhajte otvoreno na laganoj vatri (bez mije\u0161anja!) dok voda ne ispari i ri\u017ea malo omek\u0161a, ali ne previ\u0161e \u2013 al dente ri\u017ea najbolje pa\u0161e u satara\u0161 (obi\u010dno treba dodati jo\u0161 \u010da\u0161u-dvije vode nakon \u0161to prvi puta voda ispari).<br>\nKad je satara\u0161 gotov, maknuti ga s vatre i umije\u0161ati ri\u017eu.<br>\nPoslu\u017eivanje<br>\nDovoljno za 4 ljudi odjednom ili za ve\u010deru za dvoje ljudi danas i ru\u010dak sutra \ud83d\ude42 Ako satara\u0161 mislite zamrzavati, ne radite ga s ri\u017eom, ve\u0107 samo povr\u0107e. Ja ga obo\u017eavam jesti prili\u010dno ljutog, pa dodam madjarsku Er\u0151s Pistu ili sitno nasjeckane ljute papri\u010dice \u2013 taman prije paradajza.
