Zatim ih dobro ocijediti. Crni luk sitno nasjeckati, pa pomije\u0161ati sa tikvicama. Dodati griz, biber i za\u010dine, pa sve lijepo sjediniti da se dobije so\u010dan fil.<\/p>\n<p>U posebnoj posudi pomije\u0161ati kiselu vodu i ulje. Tepsiju premazati uljem, pa staviti dvije kore kao podlogu. Preko svake kore poprskati malo mje\u0161avine ulja i kisele vode, a zatim rasporediti dio fila od tikvica. Postupak ponavljati dok se ne utro\u0161e kore i fil.<\/p>\n<p>Na vrh staviti dvije kore, premazati ih ostatkom ulja i kisele vode, pa pitu isje\u0107i na kocke ili par\u010dad prije pe\u010denja. Pe\u0107i u unaprijed zagrijanoj rerni na 200 stepeni oko 20 do 30 minuta, dok lijepo ne porumeni i postane hrskava odozgo.<\/p>\n<p>Kad se pita ispe\u010de, ostaviti je nekoliko minuta da odmori, pa slu\u017eiti toplu. Spolja bude hrskava, a iznutra mekana i so\u010dna od tikvica.
