Crni luk isje\u0107i na rebarca, a bijeli luk sitno nasjeckati. Sve pripremljeno povr\u0107e staviti u ve\u0107u \u010diniju.<\/p>\n<p>Dodati ulje, so, biber, suvi za\u010din, mljevenu papriku i za\u010dinsko bilje, pa sve dobro promije\u0161ati da se tikvice i \u0161ampinjoni lijepo oblo\u017ee za\u010dinima. Po \u017eelji se mo\u017ee dodati i malo prezli da jelo dobije finu zape\u010denu koricu.<\/p>\n<p>Povr\u0107e prebaciti u vatrostalnu posudu ili pleh i ravnomjerno rasporediti. Pe\u0107i u zagrijanoj rerni na 200 stepeni oko 30\u201335 minuta, dok tikvice ne omek\u0161aju, a \u0161ampinjoni lijepo ne porumene i puste svoj miris.<\/p>\n<p>Gotovo jelo posuti svje\u017eim per\u0161unom i slu\u017eiti toplo.
