U \u010diniji ih pomije\u0161ati sa grizom, \u0161e\u0107erom i vanilin \u0161e\u0107erom. Griz \u0107e upiti vi\u0161ak soka i dati filu lijepu gustinu.<\/p>\n<p>Na radnu povr\u0161inu staviti jednu koru, poprskati je uljem i sa malo mineralne vode, pa preko nje staviti drugu koru. Uz ivicu rasporediti dio fila od vi\u0161anja i uviti u rolat. Tako ponavljati dok se ne potro\u0161e kore i fil.<\/p>\n<p>Rolate slagati u podmazan pleh ili vatrostalnu posudu. Odozgo ih lagano premazati sa malo ulja, pa pe\u0107i u zagrijanoj rerni na 200 stepeni oko 25\u201330 minuta, dok pita ne dobije lijepu zlatnu boju i postane hrskava.<\/p>\n<p>Za to vrijeme skuvati preliv od vode i \u0161e\u0107era, po \u017eelji dodati kri\u0161ku limuna, pa kuvati nekoliko minuta. Vru\u0107u pitu preliti toplim prelivom i ostaviti da upije i omek\u0161a.
