Birati \u010dvrste kajsije da se ne raspadnu tokom kuvanja.<\/p>\n<p>U \u0161erpu staviti \u0161e\u0107er i vodu, pa kuvati dok se \u0161e\u0107er ne otopi i sirup po\u010dne da se zgu\u0161njava. Sirup treba da bude bistar i gust, ali ne pregust na po\u010detku.<\/p>\n<p>Dodati kajsije i kolutove limuna. Kuvati na srednjoj temperaturi, bez jakog mije\u0161anja, samo povremeno protresti \u0161erpu da se kajsije ne raspadnu. Skidati pjenu koja se pojavi na vrhu.<\/p>\n<p>Kuvati dok kajsije ne postanu staklaste, a sirup gust kao med.
