{"id":37198,"date":"2026-05-29T10:06:05","date_gmt":"2026-05-29T09:06:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=37198"},"modified":"2026-05-29T10:06:05","modified_gmt":"2026-05-29T09:06:05","slug":"puslica-torta-sa-zutim-filom-i-slagom-kremasta-klasika-u-slojevima","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=37198","title":{"rendered":"Puslica torta sa \u017eutim filom i \u0161lagom kremasta klasika u slojevima\u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Za ovu tortu potrebno je pripremiti puslica kore, \u017euti fil i \u0161lag sloj. <\/p>\n<p>Za puslica kore treba: 8 bjelanaca, 16 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era, 1 ka\u0161ika sir\u0107eta ili limunovog soka i 1 ka\u0161ika gustina. <\/p>\n<p>Za \u017euti fil pripremite: 8 \u017eumanaca, 8 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era, 700 ml mlijeka, 2 pudinga od vanile, 1 vanilin \u0161e\u0107er i 200 g maslaca ili margarina. <\/p>\n<p>Za \u0161lag sloj treba: 400\u2013500 ml slatke pavlake ili 3 kesice \u0161laga sa mlijekom, a za posipanje malo kokosa, rendane bijele \u010dokolade ili mrvica puslice.<\/p>\n<p>Bjelanca umutite u \u010dvrst snijeg, pa postepeno dodajte \u0161e\u0107er i mutite dok smjesa ne postane gusta, sjajna i \u010dvrsta. Na kraju dodajte sir\u0107e ili limunov sok i gustin, pa lagano promije\u0161ajte. Smjesu rasporedite u pleh oblo\u017een papirom za pe\u010denje i su\u0161ite u rerni na 120 stepeni oko 90 minuta. Kora treba da ostane svijetla i hrskava spolja, a nje\u017ena iznutra. Kada se ohladi, presijecite je na dvije kore ili pecite dvije tanje posebno.<\/p>\n<p>Za \u017euti fil umutite \u017eumanca sa \u0161e\u0107erom, dodajte puding i malo mlijeka, pa sve dobro razmutite. Ostatak mlijeka stavite da provri, zatim sipajte smjesu sa \u017eumancima i kuhajte uz stalno mije\u0161anje dok se ne zgusne. Dodajte vanilin \u0161e\u0107er i ostavite fil da se potpuno ohladi. Posebno umutite maslac, pa mu dodajte ohla\u0111en fil ka\u0161iku po ka\u0161iku i mutite dok ne postane gladak i kremast.<\/p>\n<p>Slatku pavlaku umutite u \u010dvrst \u0161lag. Ako koristite \u0161lag iz kesice, umutite ga sa hladnim mlijekom prema uputstvu. Va\u017eno je da \u0161lag bude \u010dvrst, ali ne premu\u0107en, kako bi se lijepo mazao izme\u0111u slojeva i dr\u017eao oblik kola\u010da.<\/p>\n<p>Tortu sla\u017eite ovako: prva puslica kora, sloj \u017eutog fila, zatim sloj \u0161laga.
