Originalni recept iz Al\u017eira&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Za ovaj so\u010dni kola\u010d potrebno je: 4 jaja, 150 g \u0161e\u0107era, 1 vanilin \u0161e\u0107er, 200 ml ulja, 200 ml jogurta, 180 g griza, 150 g bra\u0161na, 1 pra\u0161ak za pecivo, 200 g mljevenih oraha i po \u017eelji malo cimeta. <\/p>\n<p>Za agdu, odnosno preljev, potrebno je 800 ml vode, 600 g \u0161e\u0107era i 2 koluta limuna. Ako \u017eelite jo\u0161 puniji ukus, mo\u017eete dodati i 1 ka\u0161iku meda u vru\u0107 sirup.<\/p>\n<p>Jaja umutiti sa \u0161e\u0107erom i vanilin \u0161e\u0107erom dok smjesa ne postane pjenasta. Zatim dodati ulje i jogurt, pa kratko promije\u0161ati. U posebnoj posudi sjediniti griz, bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i mljevene orahe, pa tu suhu smjesu postepeno dodavati u mokre sastojke. Sve lagano izmije\u0161ati da dobijete gustu, ujedna\u010denu smjesu.<\/p>\n<p>Plehu srednje veli\u010dine namazanom i pobra\u0161njenom sipati pripremljenu smjesu i poravnati. No\u017eem blago ozna\u010diti kocke ili rombove po vrhu, kao kod baklave, da kola\u010d poslije pe\u010denja ljep\u0161e upije agdu i da se lak\u0161e re\u017ee. Pe\u0107i u prethodno zagrijanoj rerni na 180 stepeni oko 35 do 40 minuta, dok lijepo ne porumeni i dobije zlatnosme\u0111u boju.<\/p>\n<p>Dok se kola\u010d pe\u010de, skuhati agdu.
