Ukus je osvje\u017eavaju\u0107i, nije te\u017eak, a presjek izgleda ba\u0161 bogato zbog borovnica koje puste lijep ljubi\u010dasti sok kroz krem.<\/p>\n<p>Za podlogu je potrebno: 300 g mljevenog keksa, 120 g otopljenog maslaca ili margarina, 2 ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era u prahu i oko 80\u2013100 ml mlijeka. Keks pomije\u0161ati sa \u0161e\u0107erom, dodati otopljeni maslac, pa postepeno sipati mlijeko dok se ne dobije smjesa koja se mo\u017ee utisnuti u kalup. Smjesu rasporediti u pleh ili kalup veli\u010dine oko 24\u00d724 cm, dobro utisnuti ka\u0161ikom i ostaviti u fri\u017eider dok se priprema krem.<\/p>\n<p>Za krem umutiti 500 ml slatke pavlake, zatim dodati 400 g krem sira, 150 g \u0161e\u0107era u prahu, 1 vanilin \u0161e\u0107er, narendanu koricu jednog limuna i 2\u20133 ka\u0161ike limunovog soka. Sve kratko umutiti da se dobije \u010dvrst, gladak i lagan krem. Ne treba predugo mutiti poslije dodavanja krem sira, samo da se sjedini.<\/p>\n<p>Posebno pripremiti borovnice: 300 g borovnica staviti u \u0161erpicu sa 3 ka\u0161ike \u0161e\u0107era i 2 ka\u0161ike limunovog soka. Kuvati 3\u20134 minuta da puste sok. Ako \u017eeli\u0161 gu\u0161\u0107i vo\u0107ni dio, dodaj 1 ravnu ka\u0161iku gustina razmu\u0107enu u malo hladne vode i mije\u0161aj dok se blago ne zgusne. Ostaviti da se prohladi, ali da ostane so\u010dno.<\/p>\n<p>Preko keks podloge staviti polovinu bijelog krema, zatim rasporediti dio borovnica i malo soka, pa preko staviti ostatak krema. Krem poravnati ili ukrasiti \u0161pricem, a odozgo dodati svje\u017ee borovnice, malo vo\u0107nog preliva i narendanu koricu limuna. Kola\u010d ostaviti u fri\u017eider najmanje 4 sata, a najbolje preko no\u0107i, da se stegne i lijepo sije\u010de.<\/p>\n<p>Prije slu\u017eenja isje\u0107i na kocke i po \u017eelji dodati jo\u0161 malo borovnica ili limunove korice.
