Lijepo poravnajte i ostavite u fri\u017eider da se stegne dok pripremate \u010dokoladni sloj. \u010cokoladu, slatku pavlaku i maslac otopite na laganoj temperaturi, mije\u0161ajte dok ne dobijete glatku kremu, pa prelijte preko podloge i vratite u fri\u017eider.<\/p>\n<p>Vi\u0161nje stavite u \u0161erpu sa \u0161e\u0107erom, vanilin \u0161e\u0107erom i vodom ili sokom. Kuvajte nekoliko minuta da puste sok. Gustin razmutite u malo hladne vode, dodajte u vi\u0161nje i mije\u0161ajte dok se fil ne zgusne. Ostavite da se prohladi, pa rasporedite preko \u010dokoladnog sloja. Dio vi\u0161anja mo\u017eete ostaviti za dekoraciju odozgo.<\/p>\n<p>Za krem umutite slatku pavlaku sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu, pa dodajte mascarpone ili krem sir i kratko sjedinite. Ako \u017eelite da kola\u010d bude ba\u0161 \u010dvrst za rezanje, dodajte prethodno pripremljen \u017eelatin po uputstvu sa kesice. Krem rasporedite preko fila od vi\u0161anja i fino poravnajte.<\/p>\n<p>Za zavr\u0161ni sloj zagrijte slatku pavlaku, dodajte \u010dokoladu i mije\u0161ajte dok se ne otopi. Prelijte preko kola\u010da, ukrasite vi\u0161njama i \u010dokoladnim listi\u0107ima. Kola\u010d ostavite najmanje 4 sata u fri\u017eideru, a najbolje preko no\u0107i.
