Jaja umutiti sa \u0161e\u0107erom dok ne postanu pjenasta, zatim dodati ulje i mlijeko. Posebno pomije\u0161ati bra\u0161no, kakao, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i so, pa dodati u smjesu. Sve lagano sjediniti, sipati u pleh oblo\u017een papirom za pe\u010denje i pe\u0107i na 180\u00b0C oko 20\u201325 minuta. Pe\u010denu koru ostaviti da se ohladi.<\/p>\n<p>Za \u017euti krem potrebno je: 700 ml mlijeka, 2 pudinga od vanile, 6 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era, 200 g putera ili margarina i 1 vanilin \u0161e\u0107er. Od mlijeka odvojiti malo i u tome razmutiti puding, \u0161e\u0107er i vanilin \u0161e\u0107er. Ostatak mlijeka staviti da provri, pa dodati razmu\u0107en puding i kuvati uz stalno mije\u0161anje dok se ne zgusne. Fil pokriti folijom i ostaviti da se potpuno ohladi, pa ga umutiti sa omek\u0161alim puterom dok ne postane gladak i kremast.<\/p>\n<p>Za vo\u0107ni sloj potrebno je 400\u2013500 g jagoda. Jagode oprati, o\u010distiti i isje\u0107i na polovine ili deblje listi\u0107e. Ohla\u0111enu \u010dokoladnu koru staviti u pleh ili vatrostalnu posudu, pa preko nje rasporediti dio \u017eutog krema. Zatim slo\u017eiti jagode i preko njih nanijeti ostatak krema, tako da jagode ostanu lijepo u sredini kola\u010da.<\/p>\n<p>Za bijeli sloj umutiti 300 ml slatke pavlake u \u010dvrst \u0161lag, pa ga rasporediti preko \u017eutog krema. Po \u017eelji mo\u017ee\u0161 dodati i malo kokosa preko bijelog sloja, da kola\u010d izgleda bogatije i da dobije finu teksturu.<\/p>\n<p>Za glazuru je potrebno: 150 g \u010dokolade za kuvanje, 100 ml slatke pavlake i 1 ka\u0161ika ulja ili putera. Slatku pavlaku zagrijati, skloniti sa ringle, dodati izlomljenu \u010dokoladu i mije\u0161ati dok se ne otopi. Dodati ulje ili puter, pa preliti preko kola\u010da. Odozgo ukrasiti \u0161lagom, \u010dokoladnim strugotinama i komadi\u0107ima jagoda.<\/p>\n<p>Kola\u010d ostaviti u fri\u017eideru najmanje 4 sata, a najbolje preko no\u0107i, da se dobro stegne i da se svi slojevi pove\u017eu. Sje\u0107i na ve\u0107e kocke i slu\u017eiti hladno.
