Zatim umije\u0161ati bra\u0161no pomije\u0161ano sa pra\u0161kom za pecivo i sve sjediniti u glatku smjesu. Smjesu sipati u pleh oblo\u017een papirom za pe\u010denje i pe\u0107i u zagrijanoj rerni dok kora ne porumeni i bude fino pe\u010dena.<\/p>\n<p>Pe\u010denu koru odmah, dok je jo\u0161 vru\u0107a, prebaciti na \u010distu vla\u017enu kuhinjsku krpu i pa\u017eljivo je uviti u rolat. Tako uvijenu ostaviti da se potpuno ohladi. Kada se ohladi, koru polako odmotati, pa je prebaciti na providnu foliju kako bi se kasnije lak\u0161e zavila i stegnula.<\/p>\n<p>Za fil je potrebno: 2 kisele pavlake, 300 g feta sira, oko 200 g pizza \u0161unke ili druge \u0161unke po izboru i 2 kesice grisina punjenih kikirikijem. Feta sir izgnje\u010diti vilju\u0161kom, dodati kiselu pavlaku i sve dobro promije\u0161ati da se dobije kremast, maziv fil.<\/p>\n<p>Koru premazati tankim slojem fila, zatim preko nje pore\u0111ati \u0161unku. Preko \u0161unke namazati jo\u0161 malo fila, pa po sredini ili preko cijele povr\u0161ine rasporediti grisine punjene kikirikijem. Preko grisina staviti ostatak fila, ali ne previ\u0161e, da se rolat mo\u017ee lijepo uviti.<\/p>\n<p>Rolat pa\u017eljivo uviti uz pomo\u0107 folije, dobro zategnuti i ostaviti u fri\u017eideru da se stegne. Najbolje je da stoji preko no\u0107i, a jo\u0161 bolje dan ranije, jer se tada svi sastojci pove\u017eu, rolat se fino re\u017ee i izgleda mnogo ljep\u0161e na tacni.<\/p>\n<p>Prije slu\u017eenja rolat isje\u0107i na \u0161nite i poredati na tanjir.
