Ako volite sla\u0111i liker, mo\u017eete dodati jo\u0161 50 do 100 g \u0161e\u0107era.<\/p>\n<p>Jagode dobro oprati, o\u010distiti od peteljki i ostaviti na krpi da se prosu\u0161e. Zatim ih ise\u0107i na polovine ili \u010detvrtine, staviti u veliku staklenu teglu i posuti \u0161e\u0107erom. Dodati sok od limuna i po \u017eelji vanilin \u0161e\u0107er, pa sve lagano prome\u0161ati. Teglu poklopiti i ostaviti 12 do 24 sata da jagode puste svoj prirodni sok.<\/p>\n<p>Kada jagode otpuste sok, preliti ih votkom ili rakijom, prome\u0161ati i teglu dobro zatvoriti. Ostaviti na tamnom i hladnijem mestu 2 do 3 nedelje, uz povremeno protresanje tegle svakih par dana. Za to vreme jagode \u0107e otpustiti boju, miris i pun vo\u0107ni ukus, a liker \u0107e dobiti prelepu crvenu nijansu.<\/p>\n<p>Nakon stajanja, sadr\u017eaj tegle procediti prvo kroz cediljku, a zatim kroz gazu da liker bude bistar. U manjoj \u0161erpi zagrejati 200 ml vode i, ako \u017eelite puniji i bla\u017ei liker, u nju sipati malo soka koji su jagode pustile, pa kratko prokuvati 2 do 3 minuta. Kada se taj sirup potpuno ohladi, pome\u0161ati ga sa procedjenim likerom. Ako \u017eelite ja\u010di liker, mo\u017eete presko\u010diti dodatno razbla\u017eivanje i sipati samo procedjenu te\u010dnost u fla\u0161e.<\/p>\n<p>Gotov liker sipati u \u010diste staklene fla\u0161e, dobro zatvoriti i ostaviti jo\u0161 5 do 7 dana da se ukusi sjedine. \u010cuva se na hladnom i tamnom mestu, a po otvaranju najbolje u fri\u017eideru.
