Jaja umutiti sa \u0161e\u0107erom i vanilin \u0161e\u0107erom dok smesa ne postane svetla i penasta. Dodati ulje i mleko, pa kratko izme\u0161ati. Zatim dodati bra\u0161no, kakao, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i malo soli. Smesu sipati u pleh oblo\u017een papirom za pe\u010denje i pe\u0107i oko 20 minuta na 180\u00b0C. Pe\u010denu koru ostaviti da se potpuno ohladi.<\/p>\n<p>Za krem je potrebno: 700 ml mleka, 2 pudinga od vanile, 5 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era, 150 g maslaca ili margarina, 100 g bele \u010dokolade, 200 g jafa keksa ise\u010denog na komade i 150 g seckanih \u017eele bombona ili kandirane narand\u017ee. <\/p>\n<p>Od ukupne koli\u010dine mleka odvojiti malo i razmutiti puding sa \u0161e\u0107erom, a ostatak staviti da provri. Ukuvati puding i me\u0161ati dok se ne zgusne. U vru\u0107 krem dodati belu \u010dokoladu i me\u0161ati da se otopi, pa prekriti folijom i ostaviti da se ohladi.<\/p>\n<p>Ohla\u0111en puding umutiti sa omek\u0161alim maslacem dok se ne dobije gladak i kremast fil. U krem dodati iseckan jafa keks i \u017eele bombone ili kandiranu narand\u017eu, pa sve lagano izme\u0161ati ka\u0161ikom. Krem rasporediti preko ohla\u0111ene kore i lepo poravnati. Kola\u010d staviti u fri\u017eider najmanje 1 sat da se stegne pre glazure.<\/p>\n<p>Za \u010dokoladnu glazuru je potrebno: 200 g \u010dokolade za kuvanje, 5 ka\u0161ika ulja i 3 ka\u0161ike mleka. \u010cokoladu otopiti sa uljem i mlekom na laganoj temperaturi ili na pari, me\u0161ati dok ne postane glatka, pa preliti preko krema. Poravnati no\u017eem ili \u0161patulom i vratiti kola\u010d u fri\u017eider da se dobro stegne, najbolje nekoliko sati.<\/p>\n<p>Kola\u010d se se\u010de na kocke tek kada se potpuno ohladi i stegne. Dobija se so\u010dan donji sloj, bogat vanila krem pun jafa komadi\u0107a i narand\u017eastog vo\u0107nog ukusa, a preko ide tanak \u010dokoladni sloj koji sve lepo pove\u017ee.
