{"id":36932,"date":"2026-05-11T10:45:21","date_gmt":"2026-05-11T09:45:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=36932"},"modified":"2026-05-11T10:45:21","modified_gmt":"2026-05-11T09:45:21","slug":"munchmallow-kolac-koji-obara-s-nogu-cokolada-krem-i-mekana-kora-u-jednom-zalogaju","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=36932","title":{"rendered":"MUNCHMALLOW KOLA\u010c KOJI OBARA S NOGU \u2013 \u010dokolada, krem i mekana kora u jednom zalogaju!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Za koru je potrebno: 4 jaja, 120 g \u0161e\u0107era, 1 kesica vanilin \u0161e\u0107era, 100 ml ulja, 100 ml mlijeka, 120 g bra\u0161na, 30 g kakaa, 1 kesica pra\u0161ka za pecivo i prstohvat soli. <\/p>\n<p>Za preliv kore potrebno je oko 150 ml mlijeka. <\/p>\n<p>Za bijeli krem potrebno je: 700 ml mlijeka, 2 kesice pudinga od vanile, 5 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era, 150 g maslaca ili margarina i 200 ml slatke pavlake. <\/p>\n<p>Za \u010dokoladnu glazuru potrebno je: 150 g \u010dokolade za kuvanje, 100 ml slatke pavlake i 30 g maslaca.<\/p>\n<p>Prvo se priprema kora. Jaja umutiti sa \u0161e\u0107erom i vanilin \u0161e\u0107erom dok smjesa ne postane svijetla i pjenasta. Dodati ulje i mlijeko, pa kratko izmije\u0161ati. Zatim dodati prosijano bra\u0161no, kakao, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i malo soli. Sve lagano sjediniti da se dobije glatka smjesa bez grudvica. Sipati u pleh oblo\u017een papirom za pe\u010denje, otprilike 30\u00d720 cm, i pe\u0107i u zagrijanoj rerni na 180 stepeni oko 20\u201325 minuta. Pe\u010denu koru malo prohladiti, izbockati vilju\u0161kom i preliti mlijekom.<\/p>\n<p>Za krem od 700 ml mlijeka odvojiti malo, pa u tome razmutiti puding i \u0161e\u0107er. Ostatak mlijeka staviti da provri, zatim sipati razmu\u0107en puding i kuvati uz stalno mije\u0161anje dok se ne zgusne. Skloniti sa vatre, prekriti folijom i ostaviti da se ohladi. U ohla\u0111en puding dodati umu\u0107en maslac ili margarin i sve dobro umutiti mikserom. Posebno umutiti slatku pavlaku, pa je lagano umije\u0161ati u krem da bude mekan, vazdu\u0161ast i sli\u010dan munchmallow punjenju.<\/p>\n<p>Bijeli krem rasporediti preko ohla\u0111ene \u010dokoladne kore i lijepo poravnati. Kola\u010d staviti u fri\u017eider dok se priprema glazura, da se krem malo stegne. Za glazuru zagrijati slatku pavlaku do vrenja, ali da ne proklju\u010da jako, pa preliti preko izlomljene \u010dokolade. Dodati maslac i mije\u0161ati dok se ne dobije sjajna, glatka \u010dokoladna glazura.<\/p>\n<p>Glazuru preliti preko bijelog krema i pa\u017eljivo poravnati. Kola\u010d ostaviti u fri\u017eider najmanje 4 sata, a najbolje preko no\u0107i, da se svi slojevi lijepo stegnu i sjedine. Prije sje\u010denja no\u017e umo\u010diti u toplu vodu i obrisati, da se dobiju uredne kocke sa ravnim slojevima.
