Za dekoraciju mogu i\u0107i orasi i rendana \u010dokolada kao na slici.<\/p>\n<p>U \u0161erpu sipati oko 800 ml mlijeka i \u0161e\u0107er, pa staviti da provri. U preostalih 200 ml mlijeka razmutiti puding da nema grudvica, zatim sipati u vrelo mlijeko i kuvati dok se ne zgusne. Skloniti sa \u0161poreta, prekriti folijom da se ne stvori korica i ostaviti da se potpuno ohladi. U krem dodati mljevene orahe i dobro izmije\u0161ati.<\/p>\n<p>Posebno umutiti slatku pavlaku ili \u0161lag, pa ga lagano umije\u0161ati u krem da kola\u010d bude mek\u0161i i vazdu\u0161astiji. Keks kratko umakati u mlijeko, samo da omek\u0161a, ali da se ne raspada. U pleh redati prvi sloj keksa, preko premazati dio fila, zatim opet red keksa i fil. Postupak ponavljati dok se ne potro\u0161e sastojci, a zavr\u0161iti slojem fila ili keksa, kako \u017eelite da glazura bolje legne.<\/p>\n<p>Za glazuru otopiti \u010dokoladu sa uljem i malo mlijeka na tihoj temperaturi, mije\u0161aju\u0107i dok ne postane sjajna i glatka. Kola\u010d ostaviti u fri\u017eider najmanje 4 sata, a najbolje preko no\u0107i, da keks omek\u0161a i da se sve lijepo stegne.<\/p>\n<p>Kada se dobro ohladi, sje\u0107i na kocke o\u0161trim no\u017eem.
