Dodati \u0161argarepu isje\u010denu na kolutove, sitno sjeckan celer i per\u0161un ili pa\u0161kanat, pa sve kratko dinstati nekoliko minuta da povr\u0107e pusti miris.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160ampinjone o\u010distiti i isje\u0107i na listi\u0107e, pa ih dodati u \u0161erpu. Dinstati dok puste vodu i malo omek\u0161aju. Zatim dodati krompir isje\u010den na kockice, promije\u0161ati, posoliti, pobiberiti i dodati suvi biljni za\u010din po ukusu.<\/p>\n<p>Naliti vodom ili povrtnim bujonom i kuvati na srednjoj temperaturi oko 25\u201330 minuta, dok krompir i \u0161argarepa potpuno ne omek\u0161aju. \u010corba treba da bude puna povr\u0107a, ali da ostane fina i ka\u0161asta, slavska i doma\u0107inska.<\/p>\n<p>U posebnoj \u010dinijici razmutiti ka\u0161iku bra\u0161na sa malo hladne vode, dodati mljevenu papriku, pa sipati u \u010dorbu uz stalno mije\u0161anje. Kuvati jo\u0161 5\u201310 minuta da se \u010dorba zgusne. Ako \u017eeli\u0161 kremastiju posnu varijantu, na kraju mo\u017ee\u0161 dodati malo biljne pavlake ili ka\u0161iku posnog majoneza razmu\u0107enog sa malo tople \u010dorbe, pa vratiti u \u0161erpu.<\/p>\n<p>Na kraju posuti sitno sjeckanim per\u0161unom i poslu\u017eiti toplo.
