Ovaj impresivan predjelo pretvara jednostavne sastojke u sofisticirano jelo koje \u0107e odu\u0161eviti va\u0161e goste.<\/p>\n<p>**Sastojci**<\/p>\n<p>**Za tijesto:**<br \/>\n\u2013 3 \u0161olje (375g) univerzalnog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n\u2013 1 \u0161olja (240ml) tople vode<br \/>\n\u2013 2 ka\u0161ike (30ml) maslinovog ulja<br \/>\n\u2013 1 ka\u0161i\u010dica soli<br \/>\n\u2013 1 ka\u0161i\u010dica suhog kvasca<\/p>\n<p>**Za nadjev:**<br \/>\n\u2013 500g mljevenog mesa (govedina ili janjetina)<br \/>\n\u2013 500g krompira za pire<br \/>\n\u2013 2 srednja luka, sitno nasjeckana<br \/>\n\u2013 2 \u0161argarepe, izrezane na tanke trakice<br \/>\n\u2013 1 glavica kupusa, sitno isjeckana<br \/>\n\u2013 So i biber po ukusu<br \/>\n\u2013 2 ka\u0161ike putera<br \/>\n\u2013 Svje\u017ei za\u010dini (per\u0161un, miro\u0111ija)<\/p>\n<p>**Korak po korak priprema**<\/p>\n<p>**Priprema tijesta:**<br \/>\n1. U velikoj posudi pomije\u0161ati bra\u0161no, so i kvasac.<br \/>\n2. Dodati toplu vodu i maslinovo ulje.<br \/>\n3. Mijesiti dok tijesto ne postane glatko i elasti\u010dno (8-10 minuta).<br \/>\n4. Pokriti i ostaviti da odmori 30 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>**Priprema mesnog nadjeva:**<br \/>\n1. Propr\u017eiti luk dok ne postane staklast.<br \/>\n2. Dodati mljeveno meso i usitniti ga tokom pr\u017eenja.<br \/>\n3. Za\u010diniti solju i biberom.<br \/>\n4. Pr\u017eiti dok meso ne porumeni, zatim ostaviti da se ohladi.<\/p>\n<p>**Priprema krompirnog nadjeva:**<br \/>\n1. Skuhati krompir dok ne omek\u0161a.<br \/>\n2. Izdrobiti ga s puterom i solju dok ne postane kremast.<br \/>\n3. Odr\u017eavati toplim.<\/p>\n<p>**Priprema povrtnog nadjeva:**<br \/>\n1. \u0160argarepu isje\u0107i na tanke trakice, a kupus sitno isjeckati.<br \/>\n2. Kratko propr\u017eiti dok ne omek\u0161a.<br \/>\n3. Za\u010diniti solju i svje\u017eim za\u010dinima.<\/p>\n<p>**Sklapanje poga\u010dica:**<br \/>\n1. Tijesto podijeliti na 8 jednakih dijelova.<br \/>\n2. Svaki dio razvu\u0107i u tanki krug.<br \/>\n3. Svaki krug podijeliti na tri dijela.<br \/>\n4. U svaki dio staviti razli\u010dit nadjev \u2013 meso, krompir i povr\u0107e.<br \/>\n5. Preklopiti i pa\u017eljivo zatvoriti rubove.<\/p>\n<p>**Pe\u010denje:**<br \/>\n1. Zagrijati veliku tavu na srednju temperaturu.<br \/>\n2. Pe\u0107i svaku poga\u010dicu 3-4 minute sa svake strane.<br \/>\n3.
