Spolja zlatno i hrskavo, iznutra mekano i puno sira \u2013 pravi hit za doru\u010dak ili ve\u010deru.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci:<\/p>\n<p>Potrebno je 8 kri\u0161ki starog hljeba (mo\u017ee bijeli ili tost), 150\u2013200 g \u0161unke (ili suhog mesa po izboru) i 200 g sira koji se lijepo topi (gauda, trapist ili mozzarella).<\/p>\n<p>Za premaz i dodatni ukus pripremite 2 jaja, 50 ml mlijeka, 1 ka\u0161iku pavlake (po \u017eelji), prstohvat soli i malo crnog bibera. Za pe\u010denje \u0107e vam trebati malo ulja ili maslaca, a po \u017eelji mo\u017eete dodati i suhi origano ili per\u0161un za posipanje.<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<\/p>\n<p>U jednoj posudi umutite jaja sa mlijekom, pavlakom, solju i biberom dok ne dobijete ujedna\u010denu smjesu.<\/p>\n<p>Na jednu kri\u0161ku hljeba stavite sloj sira, zatim \u0161unku, pa opet sir i poklopite drugom kri\u0161kom \u2013 napravite sendvi\u010d. Lagano pritisnite. Svaki sendvi\u010d kratko umo\u010dite u smjesu od jaja sa obje strane, ali ne predugo da se hljeb ne raspadne.<\/p>\n<p>Zagrijte tiganj sa malo ulja ili maslaca i pecite sendvi\u010de na srednjoj temperaturi 3\u20134 minute sa svake strane, dok ne dobiju zlatnu boju i dok se sir iznutra ne istopi. Po \u017eelji pospite suhim za\u010dinima i servirajte odmah dok su topli i sir se razvla\u010di.
