Lisnate kiflice koje se odmah prave\u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Za ove mekane i mirisne kiflice potrebni su slede\u0107i sastojci: 500 ml toplog mlijeka, 1 kocka svje\u017eeg kvasca (40 g) ili 1 kesica suhog kvasca (10 g), 1 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era, 1 ka\u0161i\u010dica soli, 100 ml ulja, 1 bjelance (\u017eumance ostaviti za premaz), oko 900 g do 1 kg glatkog bra\u0161na (po potrebi), kao i 100 g maslaca ili margarina za premazivanje. <\/p>\n<p>Za zavr\u0161nicu je potrebno 1 \u017eumance pomije\u0161ano sa 1 ka\u0161ikom mlijeka i susam za posipanje.<\/p>\n<p>U toplom mlijeku razmutite kvasac, dodajte \u0161e\u0107er i ostavite nekoliko minuta da se aktivira i zapjeni. Zatim dodajte ulje, bjelance i so, pa postepeno umije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no dok ne dobijete mekano, elasti\u010dno tijesto koje se ne lijepi za ruke.
