Jaja se umute sa \u0161e\u0107erom dok ne postanu penasta i svetla, zatim se dodaju mlevena Plazma, bra\u0161no i pra\u0161ak za pecivo. Masa se lagano sjedini i podeli na dva dela, pa se ispeku dve kore u plehu (oko 30\u00d720 cm) na 180\u00b0C oko 12\u201315 minuta. Kore se ostave da se potpuno ohlade.<\/p>\n<p>Za fil se u delu mleka razmute pudinzi, a ostatak mleka se zagreje sa \u0161e\u0107erom. Kada provri, ukuva se puding i kuva dok se ne zgusne. Ostavlja se da se ohladi, pa se u ohla\u0111en krem doda umu\u0107en maslac sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu i mlevena Plazma, pa se dobije bogat, gust fil.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160lag od vanile se priprema tako \u0161to se prah umuti sa hladnim mlekom dok se ne dobije \u010dvrsta, penasta struktura.
