Priprema tijesta:<br \/>\nU posudu sa toplim mlijekom dodajte \u0161e\u0107er i kvasac. Ostavite 5\u201310 minuta da kvasac nado\u0111e. Dodajte jaje, otopljeni maslac i so, a zatim postepeno dodajte bra\u0161no. Mijesite dok ne dobijete glatko tijesto koje se ne lijepi za ruke. Pokrijte krpom i ostavite na toplom oko sat vremena (dok se ne udupla).<\/p>\n<p>2. Priprema fila:<br \/>\nDok tijesto raste, isjeckajte jabuke na kockice. U maloj posudi pomije\u0161ajte \u0161e\u0107er i cimet.<\/p>\n<p>3. Oblikovanje rolnica:<br \/>\nKada tijesto naraste, razvijte ga oklagijom na pobra\u0161njenoj povr\u0161ini u oblik pravougaonika (debljine oko 1 cm). Cijelu povr\u0161inu prema\u017eite omek\u0161anim maslacem. Ravnomjerno pospite mje\u0161avinom \u0161e\u0107era i cimeta, a zatim rasporedite komadi\u0107e jabuka.Hrana<\/p>\n<p>4. Rolanje i rezanje:<br \/>\nTijesto \u010dvrsto zarolajte u veliku rolnu (poput \u0161trudle). Isijecite na komade \u0161irine oko 3\u20134 cm. Rolnice redajte u podmazanu tepsiju, ostavljaju\u0107i malo razmaka izme\u0111u njih. Ostavite ih da odmaraju jo\u0161 20 minuta u tepsiji.<\/p>\n<p>5.
