{"id":36587,"date":"2026-04-15T21:55:30","date_gmt":"2026-04-15T20:55:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=36587"},"modified":"2026-04-15T21:55:30","modified_gmt":"2026-04-15T20:55:30","slug":"hrskava-spolja-kremasta-iznutra-karpati-torta-koja-osvaja","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=36587","title":{"rendered":"Hrskava spolja, kremasta iznutra \u2013 KARPATI torta koja osvaja!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Za ovu rasko\u0161nu tortu potrebni su slede\u0107i ta\u010dni sastojci. <\/p>\n<p>Za testo (pareno\/ekler kora): 250 ml vode, 100 g putera, 150 g bra\u0161na, prstohvat soli i 4 jaja.<br \/>\nZa krem: 500 ml mleka, 120 g \u0161e\u0107era, 2 kesice pudinga od vanile (80 g), 200 g putera i 100 ml slatke pavlake.<br \/>\nZa vo\u0107ni sloj: 300 g \u0161umskog vo\u0107a (maline, kupine ili vi\u0161nje), 80 g \u0161e\u0107era i 1 kesica \u017eelatina (10 g).<br \/>\nZa zavr\u0161nicu: \u0161e\u0107er u prahu za posipanje.<\/p>\n<p>Najpre se priprema testo. U \u0161erpu se sipaju voda, puter i prstohvat soli, pa se zagrevaju dok ne provre. Kada proklju\u010da, sklanja se sa vatre i odjednom se dodaje bra\u0161no, pa se brzo me\u0161a dok se ne dobije glatka smesa koja se odvaja od zidova posude. Smesa se kratko prohladi, a zatim se jedno po jedno dodaju jaja, uz stalno me\u0161anje, dok se ne dobije glatko, sjajno testo.<\/p>\n<p>Testo se podeli na dva dela i rasporedi na pleh oblo\u017een papirom za pe\u010denje (u obliku kruga). Pe\u010de se u zagrejanoj rerni na 200\u00b0C oko 25\u201330 minuta dok ne dobije zlatnu, hrskavu koru. Nakon pe\u010denja, kore se potpuno ohlade.<\/p>\n<p>Za krem se u delu mleka razmute pudinzi, dok se ostatak mleka zagreva sa \u0161e\u0107erom. Kada provri, dodaje se puding i kuva dok se ne zgusne. Ohla\u0111en puding se sjedini sa umu\u0107enim puterom i kratko umu\u0107enom slatkom pavlakom kako bi krem bio lagan i penast. Vo\u0107ni sloj se priprema tako \u0161to se vo\u0107e kratko kuva sa \u0161e\u0107erom dok ne omek\u0161a, zatim se doda pripremljen \u017eelatin i sve se prome\u0161a. Ostavlja se da se malo prohladi i zgusne.<\/p>\n<p>Torta se sla\u017ee tako \u0161to se na donju koru prvo nanese krem, zatim sloj vo\u0107nog fila, pa opet tanak sloj kreme i na kraju druga kora. Lagano se pritisne i ostavi u fri\u017eideru nekoliko sati da se sve lepo stegne. Pre serviranja torta se pospe \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu.
