U \u0161erpi sa vodom stavitit krompir ise\u010den na kocke ili re\u017enjeve da se kuva, dodati meso, pirina\u010d, lovorov list i malo soli. U drugom sudu napraviti zapr\u0161ku: na malo ulja izdinstati iseckan luk, beli luk, papriku ise\u010denu na kockice, \u0161argarepu iseckanu na kockice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodati dve ka\u0161ike bra\u0161na a kad porumeni skloniti sa vatre pa dodati alevu papriku. Gotovu zapr\u0161ku sipati u skoro skuvan krompir i meso, za\u010diniti dodatkom za jelo i biberom po ukusu i ostaviti da se kr\u010dka na tihoj vatri.
