Tu smesu rasporedi na dno kalupa (20\u00d730 cm) i lepo poravnaj ka\u0161ikom ili \u010da\u0161om, pa ostavi u fri\u017eider da se stegne dok priprema\u0161 fil.<\/p>\n<p>Za kremasti deo potrebno je 500 ml slatke pavlake, 200 g krem sira ili maskarponea, 100 g \u0161e\u0107era u prahu i 1 vanilin \u0161e\u0107er. Slatku pavlaku umutiti u \u010dvrst \u0161lag, zatim posebno kratko umutiti krem sir sa \u0161e\u0107erom i vanilom, pa sve lagano sjediniti u penast, bogat fil. U tu smesu dodaj 150 g seckane \u010dokolade i 100 g seckanog keksa ili napolitanki za dodatnu teksturu.<\/p>\n<p>Fil ravnomerno rasporedi preko podloge i poravnaj. Za zavr\u0161ni sloj otopi 100 g \u010dokolade sa 3 ka\u0161ike ulja ili slatke pavlake i prelij preko kola\u010da, pa lagano razma\u017ei da dobije\u0161 onaj sjajni, glatki sloj. Kola\u010d zatim ostavi u zamrziva\u010du najmanje 2\u20133 sata da se lepo stegne i dobije teksturu sladoleda.<\/p>\n<p>Pre slu\u017eenja ostavi ga par minuta na sobnoj temperaturi da malo omek\u0161a, pa seci na kocke ili \u0161nite.
