Kremasta tekstura i blagi ukus mladog luka daju savr\u0161en balans, a priprema je toliko laka da uspeva svaki put.<\/p>\n<p>Za pripremu je potrebno:<br \/>\n4 kuvana krompira srednje veli\u010dine,<br \/>\n3 kuvana jaja,<br \/>\n1 veza mladog luka,<br \/>\n200 g kiselih krastavaca,<br \/>\n200 g pavlake,<br \/>\n100 g majoneza,<br \/>\nso i biber po ukusu. <\/p>\n<p>Po \u017eelji mo\u017eete dodati i malo senfa za ja\u010di ukus.<\/p>\n<p>Krompir skuvajte u ljusci, zatim ga ohladite, olju\u0161tite i iseckajte na sitne kockice. Kiseli krastavci seckaju se na sitne komade, dok se mladi luk ise\u010de na kolutove, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i zeleni deo jer daje dodatnu aromu.<\/p>\n<p>U ve\u0107oj posudi sjedinite krompir, jaja, krastavce i mladi luk. U posebnoj \u010diniji pome\u0161ajte pavlaku i majonez, pa posolite i pobiberite po ukusu. Prelijte ovu kremastu smesu preko sastojaka i lagano prome\u0161ajte da se sve lepo sjedini.<\/p>\n<p>Salatu ostavite u fri\u017eideru najmanje 30 minuta pre slu\u017eenja kako bi se ukusi povezali. Servira se hladna i odli\u010dno se sla\u017ee uz meso, ribu ili kao samostalan obrok.
