Kremaste, osve\u017eavaju\u0107e i savr\u0161eno izbalansirane, idealne su za svaku priliku \u2013 od svakodnevnog u\u017eivanja do sve\u010dane trpeze. Ono \u0161to ih izdvaja jeste slojevita struktura: \u010dokoladna podloga, lagani keks sloj, bogati vanila krem i zavr\u0161ni \u0161lag koji sve zaokru\u017euje.<\/p>\n<p>Za pripremu ovog kola\u010da potrebni su slede\u0107i sastojci: <\/p>\n<p>Za podlogu 300 g mlevenog posnog keksa, 100 g mlevenih oraha, 100 g \u0161e\u0107era u prahu, 2 ka\u0161ike kakaa, 120 ml soka od narand\u017ee i 100 ml ulja. <\/p>\n<p>Za srednji sloj potrebno je oko 200 g posnog keksa (pi\u0161kota ili petit), kao i 200 ml soka od narand\u017ee za umakanje. <\/p>\n<p>Za krem vam treba 1 l biljnog mleka, 3 kesice pudinga od vanile, 8 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era, 200 g posnog margarina i 100 g crne \u010dokolade (sitno seckane). <\/p>\n<p>Za zavr\u0161ni sloj potrebno je 2 kesice posnog \u0161laga i oko 200 ml gazirane vode ili biljnog mleka za mu\u0107enje.<\/p>\n<p>U ve\u0107oj posudi pome\u0161ajte mleveni keks, orahe, \u0161e\u0107er u prahu i kakao, pa dodajte sok od narand\u017ee i ulje. Sve dobro izme\u0161ajte dok ne dobijete kompaktnu smesu koju mo\u017eete lepo rasporediti. Tu smesu utisnite u pleh (dimenzije oko 20\u00d730 cm) i poravnajte ka\u0161ikom da dobijete ravnu podlogu.<\/p>\n<p>Preko podloge re\u0111ajte keks koji ste prethodno kratko umo\u010dili u sok od narand\u017ee, tako da dobijete ravnomeran sloj. U me\u0111uvremenu skuvajte puding u biljnom mleku sa \u0161e\u0107erom, pa ga ostavite da se prohladi uz povremeno me\u0161anje da se ne stvori korica. Kada postane mlak, ume\u0161ajte margarin i dobro umutite mikserom dok ne dobijete gladak, kremast fil, pa dodajte sitno seckanu \u010dokoladu.<\/p>\n<p>Krem ravnomerno rasporedite preko sloja keksa i lepo poravnajte. Na kraju umutite posni \u0161lag sa gaziranom vodom ili biljnim mlekom i nanesite ga preko kola\u010da kao zavr\u0161ni sloj. Po \u017eelji mo\u017eete posuti malo rendane \u010dokolade odozgo.<\/p>\n<p>Kola\u010d ostavite u fri\u017eideru najmanje 3\u20134 sata, a najbolje preko no\u0107i, da se svi slojevi lepo stegnu i sjedine.
