Priprema testa<br \/>\nU \u0161erpu sipati 2 \u010da\u0161e vode i pola \u010da\u0161e ulja, pa staviti na ringlu da provri.<br \/>\nKada proklju\u010da, skloniti sa \u0161poreta i odmah ume\u0161ati bra\u0161no pome\u0161ano sa pra\u0161kom za pecivo.<br \/>\nMasa \u0107e biti gusta, pa je najbolje mikserom sa nastavcima za testo dobro sjediniti dok ne postane kompaktna i glatka.<br \/>\nOstaviti da se testo prohladi kako bi se lak\u0161e radilo sa njim.<\/p>\n<p>2. Priprema sirupa<br \/>\nU drugu \u0161erpu sipati 500 g \u0161e\u0107era, dodati 1 \u010da\u0161u vode i ume\u0161ati limuntos.<br \/>\nStaviti na ringlu i kuvati 7\u20138 minuta, dok se sirup blago ne zgusne.<br \/>\nSkloniti sa ringle \u2014 treba da bude vru\u0107 kada se preliva preko tulumbi.<\/p>\n<p>3. Formiranje tulumbi<br \/>\nProhla\u0111eno testo prebaciti u \u0161pric za tulumbe.<br \/>\nIstiskivati trake testa direktno na pleh oblo\u017een pek-papirom.<br \/>\nNo\u017ei\u0107em prese\u0107i svaki komad na \u017eeljenu du\u017einu (klasi\u010dne male ili du\u017ee tulumbe).<\/p>\n<p>4. Pe\u010denje<br \/>\nPe\u0107i u unapred zagrejanoj rerni na 220\u00b0C, dok ne porumene i ne dobiju lepu zlatno-sme\u0111u boju.<br \/>\nNe vaditi prerano \u2014 treba da budu kompaktne i hrskave spolja.<\/p>\n<p>5.
