{"id":35857,"date":"2026-03-01T22:36:23","date_gmt":"2026-03-01T21:36:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=35857"},"modified":"2026-03-01T22:37:41","modified_gmt":"2026-03-01T21:37:41","slug":"posna-torta-sa-malinama-najlepsi-posni-desert-sa-malinama","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=35857","title":{"rendered":"POSNA TORTA SA MALINAMA \u2013Najlep\u0161i posni desert sa malinama"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sastojci<\/p>\n<p>Za beli i keks fil:<br \/>\n750 ml ovsenog (ili drugog biljnog) mleka<br \/>\n3 pudinga sa ukusom slatke pavlake (C)<br \/>\n2 ka\u0161ike \u010dvrstina (C)<br \/>\n250 g posne plazme, mlevene<br \/>\n2 ka\u0161ike kakao praha (C)<\/p>\n<p>Za fil od malina:<br \/>\n250 ml vode<br \/>\n1 puding sa ukusom maline (C)<br \/>\n300 g smrznutih malina<br \/>\n100 g \u0161e\u0107era<\/p>\n<p>Jo\u0161:<br \/>\n200 g posnog margarina<br \/>\n150 g \u0161e\u0107era u prahu (C)<\/p>\n<p>Glazura:<br \/>\n200 g tamne posne \u010dokolade<br \/>\n200 g posnog krema<\/p>\n<p>Priprema \u2013 svojim re\u010dima<\/p>\n<p>1. Kuvanje belog puding fila<br \/>\nU \u0161erpu sipati 500 ml ovsenog mleka i zagrejati do klju\u010danja.<br \/>\nU preostalih 250 ml mleka razmutiti puding sa ukusom slatke pavlake i \u010dvrstinu.<br \/>\nSmesu sipati u kipu\u0107e mleko i kuvati dok se ne zgusne.<br \/>\nOdmah pokriti povr\u0161inu fila prozirnom folijom (da se ne stvori korica) i ostaviti da se ohladi do mlakog.<\/p>\n<p>2. Priprema fila od malina<br \/>\nU manju \u0161erpu staviti maline, \u0161e\u0107er i 200 ml vode.<br \/>\nKuvati oko 10 minuta od trenutka klju\u010danja.<br \/>\nU 50 ml vode razmutiti puding od maline i uliti u klju\u010dalu masu.<br \/>\nMe\u0161ati dok se ne zgusne, skinuti sa ringle i ponovo prekriti folijom.<br \/>\nOstaviti da se i ovaj fil prohladi do mlakog.<\/p>\n<p>3. Umu\u0107ivanje filova<br \/>\nKada se beli puding prohladi, umutiti ga mikserom da ponovo bude gladak.<br \/>\nMalina fil samo kratko prome\u0161ati \u017eicom (nije potrebno mu\u0107enje mikserom).<\/p>\n<p>4. Margarin fil (osnova kremova)<br \/>\nOmek\u0161ali margarin umutiti sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu dok ne postane penast i gladak.<br \/>\nU margarin postepeno dodavati umu\u0107eni beli puding fil i miksirati dok se potpuno ne sjedine.<\/p>\n<p>5.
