Mije\u0161ati dok se sve ne istopi, zatim zakuhati kremu sa \u0161krobnim bra\u0161nom i \u0161e\u0107erom koje smo razmutili u mlijeku. U vru\u0107u kremu umije\u0161ati maslac i rum. Prebaciti kremu u drugu posudu, prekriti povr\u0161inu kreme prozirnom folijom i lagano rukom pritisnuti ; dobro ohladiti.<br>\n2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za biskvit prvo oblo\u017eiti lim papirom za pe\u010denje (32\u00d734 cm). Istu\u0107i \u010dvrst snijeg od bjelanaca sa malo soli, dodati \u0161e\u0107er i tu\u0107i dok ne postane jo\u0161 \u010dvr\u0161\u0107i. Zatim dodati dva puta prosijano o\u0161tro i \u0161krobno bra\u0161no sa pra\u0161kom za pecivo i kakaom \u2013 izmije\u0161ati pjenja\u010dom dok se ne ujedna\u010di sa snijegom. Na kraju laganim mlazom uliti ulje te dodati ocat i rum ; kuha\u010dom lagano izmije\u0161ati,  masu razmazati \u0161patulicom po papiru. Staviti pe\u0107i u zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu na 150*C, 10 minuta \u0107e biti dovoljno. Ispe\u0107i jo\u0161 dva takva biskvita\u2026<br>\n3.<br>\nIstu\u0107i vrhnje u \u0161lag, mikserom razraditi samu kremu i lagano umije\u0161ati vrhnje u nju. Pripremljenu \u017eelatinu otopiti i umiksati u kremu (mlaz usmjerite u metlice miksera). Filati biskvite, prethodno ih lagano natopiti toplim preljevom\u2026 kola\u010d po \u017eelji preliti glazurom ili posipati naribanom \u010dokoladom.<br>\n4.<br>\nOstaviti u hladnjaku preko no\u0107i, sutradan gu\u0161tattiiii! \ud83d\ude42<br>\nPoslu\u017eivanje<br>\nKakao kora je iz Bronhi kocaka, volim je jer se fino re\u017ee i sooo\u010dnaaa je! Ve\u0107 neko vrijeme razmi\u0161ljam o tim kockama\u2026 moj buraz veli da bi mu na kola\u010du najvi\u0161e pasala bijela \u010doko glazura posipana pr\u017eenim mljevenim lje\u0161njacima.
