Staviti u blender i kratko pulsirati ili izgnje\u010diti, pa procijediti kroz cjediljku da se dobije oko 500 ml \u010distog soka.<\/p>\n<p>Mije\u0161anje smjese: U \u0161erpu sipati procije\u0111en sok, dodati \u0161e\u0107er i gustin. Dobro izmije\u0161ati pjenja\u010dom da ne ostanu grudvice.<br \/>\nKuhanje: Kuhati na srednjoj vatri, stalno mije\u0161aju\u0107i drvenom ka\u0161ikom ili silikonskom \u0161patulom. Smjesa \u0107e se postepeno zgu\u0161njavati.<\/p>\n<p>Zavr\u0161etak kuhanja: Kuhati 10\u201315 minuta uz neprekidno mije\u0161anje dok ne postane gusta, sjajna i providna.
