Kvas od cvekle nije obi\u010dan sok; to je drevni ruski narodni lijek koji se koristi vekovima za \u201cispiranje\u201d organizma. Procesom fermentacije, \u0161e\u0107er iz cvekle se razla\u017ee (\u0161to ga \u010dini pogodnim i za dijabeti\u010dare), a stvaraju se mo\u0107ni probiotici i enzimi koji su klju\u010dni za varenje.<\/p>\n<p>Kvas djeluje dvostruko. Prvo, sadr\u017ei betain koji direktno poma\u017ee jetri da izbaci toksine i masti (idealno za masnu jetru). Uz to, \u010disti krv od \u201clo\u0161eg\u201d holesterola i spre\u010dava aterosklerozu.<\/p>\n<p>Recept za Kvas<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci:<br \/>\n700g svje\u017ee cvekle (oko 3-4 srednje glavice)<br \/>\n2 ka\u0161ike ra\u017eenog ili crnog bra\u0161na (ili korica starog ra\u017eenog hljeba) \u2013 ovo ubrzava fermentaciju<br \/>\n200g \u0161e\u0107era (ne brinite, kvasac \u0107e ga \u201cpojesti\u201d tokom fermentacije)<br \/>\n100g suvog gro\u017e\u0111a<br \/>\nVoda (prokuvana i ohla\u0111ena)<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<\/p>\n<p>Cveklu operite, ogulite i isjeckajte na kockice (nemojte je rendati).<br \/>\nStavite kockice u veliku staklenu teglu (od 3 litra).<\/p>\n<p>Dodajte suvo gro\u017e\u0111e, bra\u0161no (ili hljeb) i \u0161e\u0107er.<br \/>\nNapunite teglu prokuvanom i ohla\u0111enom vodom (ostavite malo prostora pri vrhu).<\/p>\n<p>Pokrijte teglu gazom (da di\u0161e) i ostavite na toplom mjestu 6 do 7 dana da fermenti\u0161e.<br \/>\nDva puta dnevno promije\u0161ajte sadr\u017eaj i skinite pjenu ako se pojavi.<br \/>\nSedmog dana procijedite te\u010dnost kroz gazu u \u010diste staklene fla\u0161e i \u010duvajte u fri\u017eideru.<\/p>\n<p>Upotreba:<\/p>\n<p>Pije se 3 do 4 ka\u0161ike tri puta dnevno prije obroka.
