Dodati sitno sjeckani luk i dinstati 4\u20135 minuta dok ne omek\u0161a i postane staklast. Maknuti s vatre i ostaviti da se malo prohladi.<\/p>\n<p>Priprema smjese od jaja<br \/>\nU velikoj posudi umutiti 6 jaja, mlijeko i kiselu pavlaku (ako je koristite). Posoliti i pobiberiti po ukusu. Kisela pavlaka daje bogatiju i kremastiju teksturu, ali mo\u017ee se izostaviti za lak\u0161u verziju.<\/p>\n<p>Dodavanje sira i \u0161unke<br \/>\nU smjesu umije\u0161ati naribani cheddar, parmezan i kockice \u0161unke. Dodati dinstani luk i sve dobro promije\u0161ati.<\/p>\n<p>Pe\u010denje pite<br \/>\nSmjesu izliti u pripremljeni kalup i ravnomjerno rasporediti spatulom. Pe\u0107i u prethodno zagrijanoj rerni 35\u201340 minuta, dok pita ne bude \u010dvrsta u sredini i zlatno-sme\u0111a oko rubova. Provjeriti \u010da\u010dkalicom \u2013 ako iza\u0111e \u010dista, pita je gotova.<\/p>\n<p>Hla\u0111enje i serviranje<br \/>\nOstaviti pitu da se hladi oko 5 minuta prije rezanja i serviranja.
