Setija, mo\u017ee \u201chraniti\u201d korisne bakterije u crijevima te imati pozitivan u\u010dinak na zdravlje mozga.<\/p>\n<p>Na kraju se dodaje ka\u0161i\u010dica MCT ulja, odnosno triglicerida srednjeg lanca. Dr. Seti navodi da ono obezbje\u0111uje brzu, \u201c\u010distu\u201d energiju, poma\u017ee koncentraciji i mo\u017ee povoljno djelovati na mikrobiom.
