Zagrejte mleko do mlake temperature, dodajte suvi kvasac i \u0161e\u0107er. Ostavite nekoliko minuta da se kvasac aktivira.<br \/>\n2. Umutite jaja i dodajte ih u smesu sa mlekom i kvascem. Prome\u0161ajte.<\/p>\n<p>3. Postepeno dodajte bra\u0161no i so, me\u0161aju\u0107i dok se ne formira testo. Ostavite da odstoji jo\u0161 20 minuta.<br \/>\n6. Zagrejte rernu na 120\u00b0C i stavite krofne da se peku 20 minuta da se unutra\u0161njost skuva, bez da porumene spolja.<\/p>\n<p>7. Zagrejte suncokretovo ulje u dubokom tiganju na srednje niskoj temperaturi. Pr\u017eite krofne po 30 sekundi sa svake strane dok ne dobiju zlatno-sme\u0111u boju.<\/p>\n<p>8.
