Poslu\u017eite ga obi\u010dnog ili sa malo \u0161e\u0107erne glazure za zaista posebnu poslasticu.<\/p>\n<p>SASTOJCI:<\/p>\n<p>za tortu:<br \/>\n1 velika jabuka<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161ika limunovog soka<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161ika putera (20g)<br \/>\n1 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era (20g)<br \/>\n2 jaja<br \/>\n6 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era (120g)<br \/>\n8 g vanilin \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n8 ka\u0161ika ulja (80 ml)<br \/>\n10 ka\u0161ika mleka (100 ml)<br \/>\n16 g pra\u0161ka za pecivo<br \/>\n230g bra\u0161na<br \/>\n50 g gro\u017e\u0111ica<\/p>\n<p>Opciono:<br \/>\n\u0160e\u0107erna glazura<\/p>\n<p>PRIPREMA:<\/p>\n<p>Zagrijte pe\u0107nicu:<br \/>\nZagrijte svoju pe\u0107nicu na 160-170\u00b0C (320-340\u00b0F).<\/p>\n<p>Pripremite jabuku:<br \/>\nJabuku ogulite i o\u010distite od jezgre, a zatim je isjeckajte na male komadi\u0107e.<br \/>\nKomade jabuke prelijte sa 1 ka\u0161ikom limunovog soka da ne porumene.<\/p>\n<p>Pripremite kalup za pe\u010denje:<br \/>\nKalup pre\u010dnika 26 cm (10 in\u010da) nama\u017eite maslacem.<br \/>\nPospite bra\u0161nom da se ravnomjerno prekrije.<\/p>\n<p>Skuvati jabuke:<br \/>\nU maloj \u0161erpi otopite 1 ka\u0161iku putera na srednjoj vatri.<br \/>\nDodajte 1 ka\u0161iku \u0161e\u0107era i komadi\u0107e jabuke.<br \/>\nKuvajte, povremeno me\u0161aju\u0107i, dok jabuke ne omek\u0161aju i karamelizuju se (oko 5 minuta).
