Bjelanca umutite u \u010dvrst snijeg s prstohvatom soli, pa dodajte \u0161e\u0107er i miksajte dok masa ne postane gusta i sjajna. Smjesu rasporedite u tepsiju (20\u00d730 cm) oblo\u017eenu papirom za pe\u010denje i pecite oko 30 minuta na 160\u00b0C.
