Ovaj recept s gotovim korama je jednostavan za pripremu, a rezultat je so\u010dna i ukusna pita koja \u0107e zadovoljiti sve ljubitelje doma\u0107ih specijaliteta.<\/p>\n<p>Savr\u0161ena za svaku priliku \u2014 doru\u010dak, u\u017einu ili laganu ve\u010deru. Evo \u0161ta vam je potrebno:<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci<\/p>\n<p>**Za pitu:**<br \/>\n* 500 g gotovih kora<br \/>\n* Susam (po potrebi)<br \/>\n* Malo putera (nekoliko komadi\u0107a)<\/p>\n<p>**Za fil:**<br \/>\n* 250 g izmrvljenog sira<br \/>\n* 250 g feta sira<br \/>\n* 4 jaja<br \/>\n* 250 ml te\u010dnog jogurta<br \/>\n* 1 kesica pra\u0161ka za pecivo<br \/>\n* 1 mala ka\u0161i\u010dica soli<\/p>\n<p>**Za preliv:**<br \/>\n* 100 ml ulja<br \/>\n* 100 ml mlijeka<\/p>\n<p>Priprema<\/p>\n<p>**1. Fil:**<br \/>\nU dubljoj posudi pomije\u0161ajte izmrvljeni sir, feta sir, jaja, jogurt, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i so. Dobro sjedinite da dobijete glatku smjesu.<\/p>\n<p>**2. Preliv:**<br \/>\nU posebnoj posudi pomije\u0161ajte ulje i mlijeko.<\/p>\n<p>**3. Slaganje:**<br \/>\nUzmite jednu koru i prema\u017eite je preljevom. Preklopite je drugom korom pa i nju prema\u017eite.<br \/>\nNa drugu koru rasporedite obilno fila, zatim uvijte u rolat i stavite u podmazan pleh.<\/p>\n<p>**4. Ponavljanje:**<br \/>\nPonovite postupak s ostalim korama i filom dok ne napunite pleh.<br \/>\nAko su kore vrlo tanke (vi\u0161e od 10\u201312 u pakovanju), koristite po 3 kore za jedan rolat \u2014 svaku prema\u017eite, a na posljednju stavite fil.<\/p>\n<p>**5. Zavr\u0161ni sloj:**<br \/>\nKada pleh napunite, prema\u017eite cijelu pitu ostatkom preliva. Pospite susamom i rasporedite nekoliko komadi\u0107a putera.<\/p>\n<p>**6. Pe\u010denje:**<br \/>\nPecite u zagrijanoj rerni na 180\u00b0C oko 30\u201335 minuta, dok ne porumeni i postane hrskava.<\/p>\n<p>**7.
