Pola jagoda pasiramo \u0161tapnim mikserom ili protisnemo krozpasirku, a ostatak nare\u017eemo na \u010detvrtine. U \u010distu zdjelu dodamo\u017eumanjke, jaje i \u0161e\u0107er u prahu, te ru\u010dnim mikserom mije\u0161amo doksmjesa ne postane pjenasta i svijetla. Smjesi, uz stalno mije\u0161anjekuha\u010dom, dodajemo pire od jagoda i sir mascarpone. Od slatkogvrhnja i kremfixa ru\u010dnim mikserom istu\u010demo \u0161lag, te i njega rahloumije\u0161amo u smjesu. Kavu i rum pomije\u0161amo, pa u njih uma\u010demopi\u0161kote i naizmjence u kalup sla\u017eemo red namo\u010denih pi\u0161kota, rednarezanih jagoda, sloj kreme i tako dva puta, pa ravnomjernozagladimo kola\u010d.
