Toliko su ukusne da \u0107ete ih jesti i same.<\/p>\n<p>Sastojci:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 200 ml tople vode<br \/>\n\u2013 500-550 g bra\u0161na<br \/>\n\u2013 5 g suvog kvasca (ili 20 g sve\u017eeg kvasca)<br \/>\n\u2013 1 kasicica \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n\u2013 1 ka\u0161i\u010dica soli<br \/>\n\u2013 80 ml ulja<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<\/p>\n<p>Razmutite kvasac sa malo vode, 1 ka\u0161i\u0107icom \u0161e\u0107era i bra\u0161na i ostavite na toplom da nadodje. U ve\u0107u posudu sipajte oko 450 g prosejanog bra\u0161na, so, ulje, nado\u0161ao kvasac i vodu. Umesite glatko testo, postepeno dodavaju\u0107i jo\u0161 bra\u0161na po potrebi (oko 50-100 g).<\/p>\n<p>Ostavite testo na toplom 1 sat da odmori. Nakon toga testo podelite na 10 delova i oblikujte loptice. Loptice razvucite u elipsu pa od u\u017eeg dela urolajte kiflice. Ostavite kiflice pokrivene da odstoji 1 sat.<\/p>\n<p>Nakon toga kiflice prema\u017eite uljem. Zagrejte rernu na 220 C, pa pecite na 200 C dok ne porumene. Pe\u010dene kiflice poprskajte vodom i prekrijte krpom, kako bi dodatno omeksale.
