U mleveno meso dodajte za\u010dine, beli luk, per\u0161un i dobro prome\u0161ajte. Procedite crni luk i dodajte ga u smesu sa mesom. Dobro sjedinite, pa rukama vadite i oblikujte loptice, a zatim i dobro spljo\u0161tite.
