Razvaljajte oba komada lisnatog tijesta u kvadrate dimenzija 40\u00d728 cm. Prijenesite jedan razvaljani komad u tepsiju i izbockajte vilju\u0161kom prije pe\u010denja.<br \/>\n2. Pecite u prethodno zagrijanoj pe\u0107nici na 220\u00b0C oko 15 minuta dok ne dobije tamno zlatnu boju. Ponovite postupak sa drugim komadom tijesta.<\/p>\n<p>**Vanila krema:**<br \/>\n1. U posudi umutite \u017eumanca sa \u0161e\u0107erom 1 minutu. Dodajte 200 ml mlijeka, kukuruzni skrob i vanilu, pa miksajte jo\u0161 1 minutu.<br \/>\n2. Preostalo mlijeko (1300 ml) zagrijte do klju\u010danja u loncu. Maknite s vatre i dodajte smjesu sa \u017eumancima, dobro promije\u0161ajte.<\/p>\n<p>3. Vratite na laganu vatru i kuhajte nekoliko minuta, stalno mije\u0161aju\u0107i dok se ne zgusne. Prebacite u drugu posudu, pokrijte prozirnom folijom i ostavite da se potpuno ohladi na sobnoj temperaturi.<br \/>\n4. Maslac izvadite iz fri\u017eidera, isjecite na kockice i ostavite da omek\u0161a na sobnoj temperaturi. Umutite ga u ohla\u0111enu kremu nekoliko minuta. Postepeno dodajte slatku pavlaku, paze\u0107i da se prethodna koli\u010dina dobro sjedini prije dodavanja sljede\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>**Vo\u0107ni sloj:*<br \/>\n1. Vo\u0107e i \u0161e\u0107er stavite u lonac sa pola vode (50 ml) i kuhajte dok ne proklju\u010da.<br \/>\n2. Preostalu vodu (50 ml) pomije\u0161ajte sa kukuruznim skrobom i dodajte u vo\u0107e. Kuhajte i mije\u0161ajte 2 minute dok se ne zgusne. Ostavite da se ohladi.<\/p>\n<p>**Slaganje pite:**<br \/>\n1. Stavite prvi pe\u010deni list lisnatog tijesta u duboku tepsiju.<br \/>\n2. Preko tijesta rasporedite polovinu vanila kreme.<br \/>\n3. Preko kreme stavite vo\u0107ni sloj.<br \/>\n4. Preko vo\u0107a stavite ostatak vanila kreme i drugi list lisnatog tijesta na vrh.<br \/>\n5.
