Ovaj kremasti kola\u010d sa oblandom upravo je jedan od tih \u2013 ne\u017ean, ukusan i elegantan, a svaki zalogaj topi se u ustima. Iako se sprema s malo vi\u0161e pa\u017enje, svaki minut ulo\u017eenog truda vi\u0161estruko se isplati kada probate savr\u0161eni spoj oraha, kokosa i finog krema kuvanog na pari.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\udd65 Bela kora:<br \/>\n4 belanca<br \/>\n10 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n2 ka\u0161ike bra\u0161na<br \/>\n150 g kokosovog bra\u0161na<br \/>\n1 list oblande (dimenzije otprilike 35 \u00d7 27 cm)<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<\/p>\n<p>Belanca umutiti sa \u0161e\u0107erom u \u010dvrst sneg. Dodati bra\u0161no i kokosovo bra\u0161no, pa pa\u017eljivo sjediniti.<br \/>\nSmjesu rasporediti preko lista oblande i pe\u0107i u rerni zagrejanoj na 180\u00b0C (360\u00b0F) oko 10\u201315 minuta, dok blago ne porumeni.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83c\udf30 Tamna kora:<br \/>\n4 belanca<br \/>\n10 ka\u0161ika \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n2 ka\u0161ike bra\u0161na<br \/>\n150 g mlevenih oraha<br \/>\n1 list oblande<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<br \/>\nUmutiti belanca sa \u0161e\u0107erom u \u010dvrst sneg, dodati bra\u0161no i mlevene orahe.<br \/>\nRasporediti preko drugog lista oblande i pe\u0107i na 180\u00b0C (360\u00b0F) oko 10\u201315 minuta.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83c\udf6e Fil:<br \/>\n8 \u017eumanaca<br \/>\n200 g \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<br \/>\n250 g putera (sobne temperature)<\/p>\n<p>Priprema:<br \/>\n\u017dumanca i \u0161e\u0107er u prahu umutiti, pa kuvati na pari dok se smesa ne zgusne.<br \/>\nOstaviti da se potpuno ohladi.<br \/>\nUmutiti penasto puter, pa postepeno dodavati ohla\u0111en krem, neprestano mute\u0107i, dok se sve lepo ne sjedini.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\uddc1 Slaganje kola\u010da:<br \/>\nNa tacnu staviti tamnu koru, fil, pa belu koru.<br \/>\nBlago pritisnuti (npr. daskom ili knjigom) i ostaviti da odstoji preko no\u0107i u fri\u017eideru.<br \/>\nSutradan se\u0107i na \u0161tanglice ili kocke.<\/p>\n<p>\u2728 Rezultat:<br \/>\nPrelep, slojevit kola\u010d sa finim kremom i kontrastom kokosa i oraha.
