{"id":3379,"date":"2019-06-25T07:49:10","date_gmt":"2019-06-25T07:49:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/zanimljivosti55.com\/?p=3379"},"modified":"2021-11-09T20:58:35","modified_gmt":"2021-11-09T20:58:35","slug":"kremsnite-bez-jaja-i-bez-pecenja-gotove-za-samo-15-minuta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuhinja-zdravlje.xyz\/?p=3379","title":{"rendered":"KREM\u0160NITE BEZ JAJA I BEZ PE\u010cENJA"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p>Sastojci<br \/>4 vrecice (40 g) pudinga vanilia<br \/>200 g gustina (skrobnog brasna)<br \/>2 l mlijeka<br \/>3 vanil secera<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>250 ml vrhnja za slag<br \/>150 g secera<br \/>kore<br \/>petit keksi i lisnato tijesto<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Priprema<br \/>1.Od 2 l mlijeka oduzeti oko 400 ml.<br \/>Ostatak mlijeka staviti kuhati, dodati secer i van. secer.<br \/>2.Prah za puding i gustin dobro izmijesati s 400 ml mlijeka.<br \/>3.Kada mlijeko zavrije, skloniti ga s vatre, smanjiti temperaturu na minimum i lagano ulijevati smjesu pudinga i gustina uz stalno mijesanje.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Ne smije se prebrzo ulijevati smjesa da se ne naprave grudice. Vratiti na vatru i kuhati par minuta dok se lijepo zgusne.<br \/>Probati je li dosta slatko, po zelji dodati jos secera dok je smjesa vruca da se secer moze otopiti.<br \/>4.Smjesu ostaviti da se hladi, obavezno pokriveno da se ne napravi korica.<br \/>5.Vrhnje istuci u cvrsti slag i umijesati u dobro ohladjenu smjesu. Kratko izraditi mikserom da se lijepo poveze.<br \/>6.Kremom nadjenuti kore ili petit kekse.<br \/>Ja uvijek radim s petit keksima jer moji ne vole kore.
