Tako je mekana, nje\u017ena i puna tankih slojeva koji se odvajaju jedan po jedan, a svaka kockica se \u010disto prelomi pod prstima.<\/p>\n<p>Idealna je za porodi\u010dna okupljanja, sve\u010dane trpeze ili onda kada \u017eelite sebe da po\u010dastite ne\u010dim posebnim. Priprema se relativno jednostavno, a rezultat je uvijek spektakularan. Evo \u0161ta vam je potrebno:<\/p>\n<p>Potrebni sastojci<\/p>\n<p>Za tijesto<br \/>\n750 g bra\u0161na (tip 400 ili 500, meko)<br \/>\n3 jajeta (za tijesto) + 1 jaje (za premazivanje)<br \/>\n200 ml mlakog mlijeka<br \/>\n100 ml mlake vode<br \/>\n30 ml ulja<br \/>\n20 g svje\u017eeg kvasca<br \/>\n15 g soli<br \/>\n10 g \u0161e\u0107era<br \/>\n150 g putera ili kvalitetnog margarina (mekog, sobne temperature)<\/p>\n<p>Dodatno za premazivanje<br \/>\n1 jaje + 1 ka\u0161ika mlijeka<\/p>\n<p>Postupak pripreme<\/p>\n<p>U dublju posudu sipajte mlako mlijeko, mlaku vodu, \u0161e\u0107er i 5 g soli (ostatak soli ide kasnije). Mije\u0161ajte dok se ne rastvore.<br \/>\nDodajte izmrvljeni svje\u017ei kvasac i mije\u0161ajte dok se potpuno ne otopi.<br \/>\nDodajte ulje i 3 jajeta sobne temperature, pa sve dobro sjedinite.<\/p>\n<p>Postepeno dodajte bra\u0161no i preostalih 10 g soli. Zamijesite srednje mekano tijesto koje se lako odvaja od zidova posude. Mijesite oko 7\u20138 minuta.<br \/>\nPokrijte tijesto i ostavite da naraste 35\u201345 minuta, dok ne udvostru\u010di volumen.<\/p>\n<p>Premjesite ga kratko na pobra\u0161njenoj povr\u0161ini i podijelite na 8 jednakih dijelova. Oblikujte kuglice, pokrijte i ostavite da odmore 5\u201310 minuta.<br \/>\nSvaku kuglicu razvucite u krug (oko 20\u201322 cm). Prema\u017eite ih redom tankim slojem putera \u2013 osim zadnjeg, koji se ne premazuje.<\/p>\n<p>Ostavite slo\u017eene krugove da odstoje 5\u201310 minuta kako bi se lak\u0161e razvla\u010dili.<br \/>\nLagano ih rastanjite dlanovima u veliki pravougaonik debljine oko 4\u20135 mm, koriguju\u0107i ivice da oblik bude pravilan.<br \/>\nOd jednog kra\u0107eg ruba odre\u017eite traku \u0161irine 10 cm i ostavite je sa strane \u2013 poslu\u017ei\u0107e za dekoraciju.<\/p>\n<p>Ostatak tijesta isjecite na trake \u0161irine oko 7 cm, a zatim svaku traku na kocke 7 \u00d7 7 cm.
