Priprema podloge:**<br \/>\nUsitni kekse u blenderu ili stavi u kesu i zdrobi oklagijom dok ne postanu fina prah.<br \/>\nPomije\u0161aj kekse sa otopljenim puterom dok ne dobije\u0161 mje\u0161avinu nalik pijesku.<br \/>\nPrebaci smjesu u okrugli kalup s odvojivim obodom (22 cm) i dobro je utisni ka\u0161ikom ili dnom \u010da\u0161e.<br \/>\nStavi u fri\u017eider najmanje 30 minuta da se stisne.<\/p>\n<p>**2. Priprema kreme od sira:**<br \/>\nHidratiziraj \u017eelatinu: listove stavi u hladnu vodu 5\u201310 minuta, ili ako koristi\u0161 prah, pospi preko 50 ml hladne vode i pusti da nabubri.<br \/>\nZagrij \u017eelatinu na pari ili u mikrotalasnoj (ne smije proklju\u010dati) dok ne postane te\u010dna. Pusti da se malo ohladi.<br \/>\nU velikoj posudi miksaj krem sir sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu i vanilijom dok ne postane glatka krema.<br \/>\nUmuti slatku pavlaku dok ne postane \u010dvrsta, pa je lagano umije\u0161aj u kremu od sira.<br \/>\nDodaj otopljenu \u017eelatinu u kremu i brzo promije\u0161aj.<\/p>\n<p>**3. Sastavljanje cheesecake-a:**<br \/>\nPrelij kremu preko podloge od keksa i poravnaj povr\u0161inu spatulom.<br \/>\nStavi cheesecake u fri\u017eider najmanje 4\u20136 sati ili preko no\u0107i da se stegne.<\/p>\n<p>**4. Priprema preliva od borovnica:**<br \/>\nU maloj \u0161erpi stavi borovnice sa \u0161e\u0107erom i kuvaj na laganoj vatri dok ne puste sok (oko 5\u20137 minuta).<br \/>\nAko \u017eeli\u0161 gu\u0161\u0107i sos, razmuti 1 ka\u0161i\u010dicu skroba u 2 ka\u0161ike hladne vode i dodaj u \u0161erpu. Kuvaj jo\u0161 1 minut dok se zgusne.<br \/>\nPusti da se sos potpuno ohladi prije nego ga prelije\u0161 preko cheesecake-a.<\/p>\n<p>**5.
