Tijesto:<br \/>\nPomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, so i pra\u0161ak za pecivo. Dodajte maslac i utrljajte ga u bra\u0161no da dobijete mrvi\u010dastu smjesu. Ulijte kefir ili jogurt i umijesite meko, elasti\u010dno tijesto. Pokrijte i ostavite 30 minuta da odstoji.<\/p>\n<p>2. Krompir:<br \/>\nNaribajte krompir, iscijedite vi\u0161ak te\u010dnosti i propr\u017eite ga na malo ulja. Posolite, pobiberite, dodajte papriku i suhi bijeli luk. Pr\u017eite oko 5 minuta, dok ne porumeni. Ostavite da se ohladi.<\/p>\n<p>3. Povr\u0107e:<br \/>\nNa malo ulja prodinstajte luk dok ne omek\u0161a, zatim dodajte \u0161argarepu, papriku i \u0161ampinjone. Dinstajte 5\u20137 minuta, pa dodajte bijeli luk.<\/p>\n<p>4. Meso:<br \/>\nDodajte mljeveno meso, propr\u017eite dok ne porumeni, za\u010dinite solju, biberom i provansalskim biljem. Umije\u0161ajte paradajz sos i kuhajte jo\u0161 5 minuta da se sve pove\u017ee. Ostavite da se prohladi.<\/p>\n<p>5. Slaganje:<br \/>\nZagrijte rernu na 180\u00b0C. Tijesto podijelite na tri dijela i razvaljajte. Na jedan sloj rasporedite tanko sloj krompira, zatim mesno-povrtni nadjev i pospite mozzarellom. Pokrijte drugim slojem tijesta i dobro zatvorite ivice. Mo\u017eete praviti jedno veliko pecivo ili vi\u0161e manjih.<\/p>\n<p>6. Pe\u010denje:<br \/>\nPrema\u017eite povr\u0161inu \u017eumancetom i pecite 20 minuta na 180\u00b0C, zatim spustite pleh ni\u017ee i pecite jo\u0161 15 minuta, dok ne porumeni i postane hrskavo.<\/p>\n<p>7.
